Challman Engineering, Inc., evolved into a full-service design-build business out of a desire to better serve clients. The result was CEI Build, Inc. (CEIB), a general contracting company. CEIB works hand-in-hand with Challman Engineering in completing a client's project. Together, we are able to take your project from design to handing you the keys to the front door.
